I am a Datacenter Technician β I insert cables to make stuff talk to each other, and I conduct surgeries on stuff to make them healthy. What stuff? Computer stuff.
I began my career with a solid foundation in mechanical electronics, honed through my work with the Republic of Singapore Air Force, gaining invaluable experience in troubleshooting computer systems supporting military capabilities. My passion for IT led me to earn certifications with Google IT Support, AWS CCP, and EPI CDCP with a keen interest in Datacenter Operations, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Web Development and AI.
At AWS, I support as a technician and provision the needs of the datacenters. I maintain and build hardware infrastructure in the cloud. As a team player, I drive and engage in projects to make my workplaces better. As an engineer, I develop purposeful data visuals dedicated to the team.
My interest in cloud services drives my enthusiasm to use data integration and data automation tools. I innovate on behalf of my customers with the knowledge I have.
As a member of Singapore Computer Society, I am dedicated to stay at the forefront of technological advancements while contributing to a safer, and more productive working environment.
